Placing Orders
- Round Cakes and Sheet Cakes cookie and cupcakes can be placed 3-10 days in advance.
- All custom/specialty orders must be placed 1 month in advance and a 45% deposit is due for orders over $50.00 or more for placement and date reservation. The other 55% is due 2 weeks before event, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
- Wedding Cake initial deposits are $100 for placement and reservation, 45% first installment is due two weeks after initial deposit, and order must be paid in full 2 weeks before event. Without Wedding cake orders must be placed two(2) months in advance. deposits, NO reservation will be made. Initial and first installment are non-refundable.
2. Please note that when you email your order, you must receive a confirmation for your order. Confirmations are only given once a deposit has been recieved. No order will be made without a confirmation being sent.
3. Any rush orders will require full payment due upon order placement and can only be placed by calling. There is a $100 charge for rush orders of one week or less for Specialty cakes.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover by Phone. Checks and Money orders can be mailed. To ensure a rapid response, Emails and phone orders are recommended. All returned checks will have an additional fee of $25.00.
Delivery charges:
*Bronx* deliveries - FREE for basic and sheet cakes, cupcakes and cookies
$20.00 + toll for all other boroughs and for novelty cakes feeding 80+ people.* Deliveries are within five boroughs only.
*Wedding cake deliveries and set up free of charge within the exceptions listed below.*
- Cakes that require a cake cutter or cake that has to be assembled at venue. There will be a charge of $50.00.
*Pickup available. Saturday is strictly a delivery day.
Sorry we do not ship novelty/wedding or sheet cakes.
Consultations:
* Consultations and tasting are $15.00 and are done by appointment only and available for cakes feeding 75 or more people and wedding cakes only. Tasting include one (2) basic cake flavor & filling tasting and one (2) custom cake and filling tasting of your choice.*Tastings are for two people. Additional people must pay $10.00 each for tastings.
For professional courtesy, kitchen cakes will not be provided when there are other baker's cakes provided.
